In partnership with Mosaic Church & First Presbyterian Church, Going Global has launched a new partnership called “Going Local Initiative” Going Local is a Certified Housing Development Organization in Montgomery County, TN, and is committed to providing affordable housing to low to moderate-income families in Clarksville, TN!
On May 17th, 2022 – Going Local Initiative revealed its first project located in the heart of downtown Clarksville. The property houses a dilapidated home that will be demolished and replaced with two single-family units. Mayor Joe Pitts, First Lady Cynthia Pitts, and members of the Clarksville Neighborhood & Community Services Department were all present to help unveil the project.
